FTP Issues?

Are we having FTP issues tonight? I can normally connect without issue but tonight it just keeps timing out with the 10060 error.

Thank you for contacting us.
If you are getting a timeout error message, it may be because you have been blocked from our server firewall. If you send me your computers IP address (you can obtain this by visiting http://www.whatismyip.com) I can check this for you.
There was a period of high server load on Aus33 (118.127.10.68) around the time of your post which may have been causing login problems. Are you able to log in now?
