grrr my accoount for hosting on simplewebspaceaustralia has been hacked
twice im not happy with your service i may quit if its so easy to hack!

This issue is related to your account, not to our service. Someone has been able to access your account because they had the account password, or a script you are using is not secure. These things are beyond our control.

The account is currently suspended so that no further damage can be done and we will investigate it further tomorrow.

For the benefit of others reading this post, there's a few simple steps you can take to prevent your account from being hacked.

1. Passwords - Keep them secure! Make sure you use a password that is not easy to guess and don't your account password to anyone.

2. Use a virus scanner! We recommend Avast for Windows users because it's free for home use and doesn't slow down your computer. Mac users should use ClamXav which is also free.

We do everything we can to protect your account from being hacked, but website owners also need to take a few simple steps to ensure your account is safe.
