Reseller Account?

I do recall seeing the option for me to become an UnlimitedSpace reseller, but I can't find anything on the website to point me in the right direction, could you please get in touch with me about this?

Unfortunately, we no longer sell the reseller accounts. This changed around November last year.

We decided to stop selling the reseller accounts so would could focus on providing the best possible service to our retail clients, such as yourself.

is there a way to have someone else own an account and have me have an "admin" account on the account? or am i better off to just own the account myself and hand it over should my client leave (or wish to maintain the site themselves?)

Or should i look at an account that has the option of hosting an unlimited number of site under it?

could you suggest an option for me?

Hi Zach,

If you are going to be creating accounts for other people, you can order the account in their name with your email address. That way, they still own the account but you will get the login details sent to you and can make changes to the account if needed.

We just noted that we cannot add a "New domain name" within our Web Host Manager, says "cannot use due to limits" !

I have also just read a few snipets that say there in no longer a "Reseller program" ?

We are unaware of been told of this change or is there a problem with Web Host Manager ?

So, is it still possible to organise our 20+ web sites through one Web Host Manager window ?
Are we still able charge our clients directly for hosting services or are forced to pay for each domain hosting separately ?

I would just like to clarify that we are no longer dealing in taking 'NEW' reseller accounts, however we will still continue to provide the same service to our existing reseller clients.

All of our existing resellers can still setup new accounts and manage all existing accounts via WHM, so nothing has changed in regards to what you can do.

The error would most likely be related to 'over allocation' of bandwidth or another feature. Would you be able to submit a ticket to support@unlimited-space.com or call us on 1300 657 422 and we will help you determine the problem?
