Server Migration - AUS31 [COMPLETE]

Hi Everyone,

This notification is regarding accounts hosted on the aus31 server.

The server that is hosting your account is having some hardware problems and we need to move your account to a new server. We will be doing this on Sunday the 7th of February. All your files and account settings will be automatically transferred over to the new server. No action is needed from you to allow the server transfer to happen.

Once your account is transferred it will have a new IP address of 202.60.82.85. You may need to update your FTP settings or bookmarks if they are using the old IP address.

We recommend that you do not make changes to your website on Sunday the 7th of February, as any changes that are made on the old server could be lost during the transfer process.

Updates on the progress of the transfer will be posted here.

The server migration has started. Account are being moved one at a time in alphabetical order. We expect the migration to complete within 12 hours.

If you notice anything wrong with your account once it has been transferred, please let us know.

A quick update for you.

The migration process is taking longer than expected. It will continue through the night and should finish at some point in the early hours of tomorrow (Monday) morning.

Accounts starting with V are currently being transferred, so we're almost done.

I've got many reports from my site user : www.tanplaters.com.au - they told me that they can't access this site from their area (most of them from Indonesia), their ISP is PT.Wireless Indonesia and one of their IP address is 202.70.54.18 - I'm using different ISP, but everything is normal.. I think only that ISP that has this problem. also my another domain that point into UnlimitedSpace has a same problem too : www.gravisware.com ; www.gravis-design.com ; and www.ceritainspirasi.net

can you fix this problem?

Hi Anthony,

It is possible that there was a permanent block/temporary block placed on these IP addresses which would stop your users from accessing your websites.

I have checked the IP address 202.70.54.18, and it is not currently blocked. Can you please let us know if the problem is still occurring, and provide us with an error message if possible?

We are using SSL for our webpages. Do we need to change URL from https://aus31.unlimited-space.com/XXX??

Yes, you will need to update the URL to https://aus35.unlimited-space.com/XXX
